We use a unique combination of pure-source sub-terranean and marine magnesium chloride.
All our magnesium chloride is from a 100% natural mineral sources, alternating between the Zechstein Sea area of Northern Europe, the Dead Sea area and most recently deposits from the Irish Sea.
Transdermal magnesium is perfectly safe to use during pregnancy with no restrictions on dosage levels during this time.
While some essential oils are advised to be avoid during pregnancy, those included in our products (with the exception of Basil in Mind Flakes) are classified as safe. However, if you have any concerns relating to your own health, please seek the advise of your midwife or GP before starting any dietary supplements.
You do not need to worry about overdosing when using transdermal magnesium. Upper limits are only set when using the product orally, as large doses can have a laxative effect due to it being a natural relaxant.
