How to use
Initial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing.
Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds.
Replace the cap after use.
Dosage
- D3000+K2 Vitamin D Oral Spray – 3 sprays delivers 3000IU (75μg (micrograms)) of vitamin D plus 75μg (micrograms) of vitamin K2.
- Magnesium Sleep Bath Flakes – Add 250g Magnesium Flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath, contains 30g of elemental magnesium.
- Magnesium Sleep Lotion – Gently massage 5ml of the lotion onto clean, dry skin up to 30 minutes before sleep.
- Lights-Out Nightly Oral Spray – 5 sprays per day, see product page for dosage details.
- Magnesium Sleep Body Spray – 10 sprays delivers 75mg of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium.
- Magnesium Relax Bath Flakes – Add 250g Magnesium Flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath, contains 30g of elemental magnesium.
- Magnesium Mind Bath Flakes – Add 250g Magnesium Flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath, contains 30g of elemental magnesium.
Does not need to be taken with food or water, can be taken at any time of the day and combined with our other oral sprays.

Once opened, use within 6 months.
