Importance of magnesium
An essential mineral in exercise recovery, Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, the normal functioning of muscles and maintenance of healthy bones and teeth.
Magnesium also aids electrolyte balance and supports normal energy-yielding metabolism.
It also plays a part in normal psychological function and healthy functioning of the nervous system.
How to use
Add 250g Magnesium Mind Flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath.
Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase amount for a more intensive experience.
Add 150g Magnesium Mind Flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover feet.
Sit and relax for 20 minutes.
750g of Magnesium Mind Flakes contains 90g magnesium.
Magnesium Flakes are very hygroscopic and will quickly absorb moisture if left opened. Store in a dry place and quickly reseal opened bags.
Use within 12 months of opening.
This packaging can be recycled with other household plastics.
For external use only; Avoid contact with eyes; Do not use on damaged or broken skin.
Supplements should not replace a balanced diet or healthy lifestyle.

The magnesium chloride we use is a solution mined in Veendam in the Netherlands. It is mined from an ancient seabed that has been condensed and purified for over 250 million years. To mine the magnesium chloride, spring water is carefully pumped down to dissolve the seam and the solution is brought up to the surface. This solution is the foundation of our Magnesium Body Sprays, Lotions, Gel and Flakes.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, occasionally crystallisation can occur in the pump mechanism, preventing it from working. This can often occur if the oral spray hasn't been stored at room temperature or hasn't been used in a while.
This can usually be fixed by removing the pump from the bottle and soaking it in warm water for no less than 10 minutes. After soaking, press the pump down firmly a few times whilst it is immersed in the water to clear any crystallisation. The pump must be clear of all water and dry before returning to the bottle.

Our magnesium supplements have been developed to be applied directly to the skin, so we do not recommend taking them orally.
There are no contraindications with any of our transdermal magnesium products.
Transdermal magnesium is perfectly safe to use during pregnancy with no restrictions on dosage levels during this time.
While some essential oils are advised to be avoid during pregnancy, those included in our products are classified as safe. However, if you have any concerns relating to your your own health, please seek the advise of your midwife or GP prior to use.
You do not need to worry about overdosing when using transdermal magnesium. Upper limits are only set when using the product orally, as large doses can have a laxative effect due to it being a natural relaxant.
Toxic symptoms from increased magnesium intake are not common as the body eliminates excess amounts, unless there are serious problems with kidney function.
