A high-dosage iron supplement, specially formulated to be gentle on the digestive system with a great-tasting, natural flavour.
How to use
Initial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing.
Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds.
Replace the cap after use.

Can I take B-complete and Boost B12 together?
Yes, our B-complete and B12 can be taken together, there is a lower dosage of B12 in the B-complete (100μg per 4 sprays) compared to that dosage in the Boost B12 (1200μg per 4 sprays). You may find having 1-2 sprays of our B12 alongside our B-complete may give you the boost required. With B12 being a water-soluble vitamin, anything the body does not need will naturally expel.
If you have any underlying medical conditions or are on prescription medications, please consult a GP prior to supplementation.
Why is green tea included in the Boost B12 spray?
The purpose of the green tea in the spray is a natural preservative as well as being an antioxidant.
Why is chromium added to the Boost B12 spray?
Chromium is another nutrient that is difficult to obtain through diet alone, but has shown to be well absorbed through the mucosal membrane. While B12 and chromium do not need to be taken together, Chromium helps balance blood sugar levels and like B12 helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.
How long will the Boost spray last?
There are 192 sprays/48 doses in the bottle of Boost. If following the recommended daily dosage (4 spray per dose) this will last 48 days
Does the Boost B12 spray contain caffeine?
As the Boost spray contains green tea extract it does contain trace amounts of a natural form of caffeine.
