How to use
Initial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing.
Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds.
Replace the cap after use.
Dosage
- D3000+K2 Vitamin D Oral Spray – 3 sprays delivers 3000IU (75μg (micrograms)) of vitamin D plus 75μg (micrograms) of vitamin K2.
- B-Complete Oral Spray – 4 sprays per day, see product page for dosage details
- Vitamin C Oral Spray – 18+ years of age: use 5 sprays a day, taken together or separately, see product page for dosage details.
- Hair, Skin & Nails Oral Spray – 4 sprays per day, see product page for dosage details.
- Magnesium Sleep Body Spray – 10 sprays delivers 75mg of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium.
- Magnesium Bath Flakes – Add 250g Magnesium Flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath, contains 30g of elemental magnesium.
- Magnesium Body Butter – 5ml of body butter delivers a minimum of 75mg (21.5% NRV) of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium.
Does not need to be taken with food or water, can be taken at any time of the day and combined with our other oral sprays.

Once opened, use within 6 months.
