How to use
Hair, Skin & Nails
Initial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing. Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds.
Magnesium Body Butter
Apply 5ml around the body and massage well into the skin to stimulate absorption. Concentrate on joints, muscles and areas of concern.
Magnesium Relax Bath Flakes
- Footbath: Add 150g magnesium chloride flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover your feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.
- Bath: Add 250g magnesium chloride flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase dosage for more intensive treatment or after extensive periods of exercise.
Dosage
- Hair Skin and Nails Oral Spray: Use 4 sprays a day, taken together or separately.
- Magnesium Body Butter: 5ml of body butter delivers a minimum of 75mg (21.5% NRV) of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium.
- Magnesium Relax Bath Flakes: 750g of Magnesium Relax Flakes contains 90g magnesium.
Storage
Magnesium Flakes are very hygroscopic and will quickly absorb moisture if left opened. Store in a dry place and quickly reseal opened bags.
Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.

The Magnesium Tingle
On initial application you may experience a slight tingling sensation. This may indicate low magnesium levels and is the result of the high speed absorption of magnesium through the pores. Our studies have found that the best place for absorption are on the inside of the cheek. When using multiple sprays we would recommend spraying in this area.
