Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, occasionally crystallisation can occur in the pump mechanism, preventing it from working. This can often occur if the oral spray hasn't been stored at room temperature or hasn't been used in a while.
This can usually be fixed by removing the pump from the bottle and placing it into warm water. Whilst the pump is immersed in the water gently depress the pump clears, removing any blockage. The pump must be clear of all water before returning to the bottle.
