Emily holds a wide number of qualifications including an MSc in Exercise and Nutrition Sciences, a BSc in Sports, Health, Exercise and Nutrition, as well as two diplomas in Nutritional therapy and Personal Training. Additional to this she is a Senior Associate Member of The Royal Society of Medicine.
