Ingredients:

Water, diluent (xylitol), humectant (glycerin), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), flavouring (natural apricot), preservative (potassium sorbate), acidity regulator (citric acid), chromium chloride (chromium).


Free from:

Sugar, colours and flavourings, bulking agents/fillers, dairy, gluten & wheat, and soy.


Concentration:

4 sprays = 0.28mg B1, 0.35mg B2, 8mg B3, 4.5mg B5, 2.8mg B6, 50µg Biotin (B7), 200µg Folic acid (B9), 100µg B12.

How to use

Initial use:


  • Press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing.
  • Shake well before every use.
  • Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds.
  • Replace the cap after use.


Dosage:


  • 4 sprays contain 1200μg (micrograms) vitamin B12.
  • Use 4 sprays daily (or as directed by your healthcare practitioner). Can be taken together or separately.
  • Half dose to be used under 12 years.


    Does not need to be taken with food or water, can be taken at any time of the day and combined with our other oral sprays.

No. Our oral sprays bypass the primary processing of the digestive system, meaning they can be taken at any time of day, with or without food. The active ingredients are delivered directly into the bloodstream via the inner cheek.

Our oral sprays can be used under or on the tongue, but the most effective area is the inside of the cheek due to its rich vein system. This is also where we carry out our absorption testing.

Yes, our B-complete and B12 Oral Sprays can be taken together, there is a lower dosage of B12 in the B-complete (100μg per 4 sprays) compared to that dosage in the Boost B12 (1200μg per 4 sprays). You may find having 1-2 sprays of our B12 alongside our B-complete may give you the boost required. With B12 being a water-soluble vitamin, anything the body does not need will naturally expel.

If you have any underlying medical conditions or are on prescription medications, please consult a GP prior to supplementation.

This is because the B12 raw material naturally has a vivid red pigment. It's a natural characteristic of the ingredient, and we don’t add any artificial colourings to our products.
