Who needs it
Everyone needs iron to be healthy, but there are groups of people that are especially susceptible to iron deficiency sub-optimal iron levels.
These include those with malabsorption issues, pregnant women, women who have heavy periods, athletes and people following vegetarian or vegan diets.
How to use
Initial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing.
Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds.
Replace the cap after use.
Dosage
4 sprays contains 5mg of iron.
Does not need to be taken with food or water, can be taken at any time of the day and combined with our other oral sprays.
Storage
Once opened, use within 6 months.
Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Advisory information
This product contains iron, which is taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children.
Do not exceed recommended dosage. Contains xylitol – excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.

Many people find it is easiest to take it first thing in the morning as part of their morning routine, but as the sprays are easy to use, portable and don't need to be taken with food or drink, they can be used any time of day.

Should I take all four sprays together or spread it throughout the day?
This is down to personal preference, either way provides optimal absorption. Though you may find it easier to take them all together to ensure you don't forget a dose.
The oral sprays do not need to be taken with food or a drink so can be used at your convenience.
Our studies have found that the best place for absorption are on the inside of the cheek. When using multiple sprays we would recommend spraying in this area.
