Ingredients:


Water, Diluent (Xylitol), Griffonia Simplicifolia Extract (5-Hydroxytryptophan), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Passiflora Incarnata (Passionflower) Extract, Melissa Officinalis (Lemon Balm) Extract, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Natural Flavouring (Raspberry).


Magnesium Sleep Lotion


Ingredients:


Aqua (Water), Magnesium Chloride, Glyceryl Stearate Citrate, Glycerin, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Glyceryl Stearate SE, Coconut Alkanes, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Beheneth-25, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Bran Oil, Benzyl Alcohol, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Sodium Benzoate, Coco-Caprylate/Caprate, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Xanthan Gum, Tocopherol, Dehydroacetic Acid, Linalool, Sodium Hydroxide, Avena Sativa (Oat) Kernel Extract, Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract, Potassium Sorbate, Limonene, Geraniol.

Magnesium Flakes


  • Footbath: Add 150g magnesium chloride flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover your feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.
  • Bath: Add 250g magnesium chloride flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase dosage for more intensive treatment or after extensive periods of exercise.


Lights-Out 5-HTP Nightly Oral Spray


Initial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing.


Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds.


Magnesium Sleep Lotion


Gently massage 4 pumps (5ml) of the lotion onto clean, dry skin, up to 30 minutes before sleep.


Dosage


  • Magnesium Flakes: 1kg of Magnesium Flakes contains 120g of elemental magnesium chloride.
  • Lights-Out 5-HTP Nightly Oral Spray: Use 5 sprays a day (or as directed by your healthcare practitioner).
  • Magnesium Sleep Lotion: 5ml of Magnesium Sleep Lotion delivers a minimum of 120mg of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium.

On initial application, you may experience a slight tingling sensation; this is safe and will pass with regular use. We recommend starting with one or two sprays and building up gradually. If irritation occurs, stop use.
