Magnesium Sleep Kids' Bath Flakes


  • Footbath: Add 150g magnesium chloride flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover your feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.
  • Bath: Add 250g magnesium chloride flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes.


Magnesium Sleep Kids' Body Spray


Spray directly on to affected areas and massage well into the skin for instant relief from aching muscles.


Magnesium Sleep Kids' Body Lotion


Gently massage 4 pumps (5ml) of the lotion onto clean, dry skin, up to 30 minutes before sleep.

  • Magnesium Flakes: 750g of Magnesium Flakes contains 90g of elemental magnesium chloride.
  • Magnesium Sleep Body Spray: 10 sprays delivers 37mg of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium.
  • Magnesium Sleep Lotion: 5ml of lotion delivers a minimum of 37mg of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium.

On initial application, you may experience a slight tingling sensation; this is safe and will pass with regular use. We recommend starting with one or two sprays and building up gradually. If irritation occurs, stop use.

Our magnesium products are designed to elevate and maintain magnesium levels. They are specifically formulated for topical application, allowing quick absorption into the skin. When magnesium levels are low, the magnesium is absorbed through the skin more quickly than when levels are higher, which can cause sensitivity - we call this the 'magnesium tingle.' This is a good indicator that an individual needs to increase their cellular magnesium levels. As levels rise, the tingle will reduce and, in most cases, stop altogether.

The popping candy is added to create the sound in the water, making bath time extra fun while children receive the benefits of magnesium.

Lavender essential oil is included as it is known to increase the quality of sleep, so when blended with magnesium, it can help your little one wind down and relax before bedtime.
