Make bathtime fun and prepare titchy little snapper whippers for a good night’s sleep.
Footbath: Add 150g magnesium chloride flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover your feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.
Bath: Add 250g magnesium chloride flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes.
Magnesium Sleep Kids' Body Spray
Spray directly on to affected areas and massage well into the skin for instant relief from aching muscles.
Magnesium Sleep Kids' Body Lotion
Gently massage 4 pumps (5ml) of the lotion onto clean, dry skin, up to 30 minutes before sleep.
Dosage
Magnesium Flakes: 750g of Magnesium Flakes contains 90g of elemental magnesium chloride.
Magnesium Sleep Body Spray: 10 sprays delivers 37mg of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium.
Magnesium Sleep Lotion: 5ml of lotion delivers a minimum of 37mg of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium.
Storage
Magnesium Flakes are very hygroscopic and will quickly absorb moisture if left opened. Store in a dry place and quickly reseal opened bags.
Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight.
