Vitamin C Oral Spray


Shake well before every use. Spray directly into the mouth, ideally onto the inner cheek, and hold for a few seconds before swallowing. Adults (18+) use 5 sprays daily. Can be taken at any time of day, with or without food.

Magnesium Joint Spray


Spray onto the body and massage into clean, dry skin to stimulate absorption. Ideal after showering or before sleep. Apply anywhere on the body, avoiding delicate areas such as the eyes. Reapply as required. For external use only.
