Ingredients:


Aqua (Water), Magnesium Chloride, Glyceryl Stearate Citrate, Glycerin, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Glyceryl Stearate SE, Coconut Alkanes, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Beheneth-25, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Bran Oil, Benzyl Alcohol, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Sodium Benzoate, Coco-Caprylate/Caprate, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Xanthan Gum, Tocopherol, Dehydroacetic Acid, Linalool, Sodium Hydroxide, Avena Sativa (Oat) Kernel Extract, Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract, Potassium Sorbate, Limonene, Geraniol.

Magnesium Flakes


  • Footbath: Add 150g magnesium chloride flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover your feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.
  • Bath: Add 250g magnesium chloride flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase dosage for more intensive treatment or after extensive periods of exercise.


Magnesium Oil Spray


Can be applied to any area of the body. Apply 5-10 sprays every evening and gently massage for optimum absorption. Apply at least half an hour before retiring. Can be re-applied if sleep is disturbed. Contains 600 sprays.


10 sprays delivers 75mg of elemental magnesium. Once opened, store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Keep out of children’s reach. For external use only; Avoid contact with eyes; Do not use on damaged or broken skin.

Magnesium Sleep Lotion


Gently massage 4 pumps (5ml) of the lotion onto clean, dry skin, up to 30 minutes before sleep.


Dosage


  • Magnesium Flakes: 1kg of Magnesium Flakes contains 120g of elemental magnesium chloride.
  • Lights-Out 5-HTP Nightly Oral Spray: Use 5 sprays a day (or as directed by your healthcare practitioner).
  • Magnesium Sleep Lotion: 5ml of Magnesium Sleep Lotion delivers a minimum of 120mg of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium.

On initial application, you may experience a slight tingling sensation; this is safe and will pass with regular use. We recommend starting with one or two sprays and building up gradually. If irritation occurs, stop use.
