Recommended Dose


  • 1 spray daily, delivering 400 IU (10μg) of vitamin D3.

Usage Instructions:

  • Shake well before use.
  • On initial use, press the pump three times to prime.
  • Spray directly into the mouth, ideally onto the inside of the cheek, and hold for a few seconds.
  • Replace the cap after use.

No. Our oral sprays bypass the primary processing of the digestive system, meaning they can be taken at any time of day, with or without food. The active ingredients are delivered directly into the bloodstream via the inner cheek.

Our oral sprays can be used under or on the tongue, but the most effective area is the inside of the cheek due to its rich vein system. This is also where we carry out our absorption testing.

The vitamin D3 contained in the majority of our vitamin D oral sprays is sourced from lanolin, which is derived from sheep wool.

For children aged 3 years and above, our D400 Junior Oral Spray provides the government-recommended dose of 400 IU of vitamin D to support your child’s development.
