The ultimate in muscle relaxation and remineralisation. Ideal for use in both body and footbaths, providing you with the most relaxing 20 minutes you will ever spend.
Footbath: Add 150g magnesium chloride flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover your feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.
Bath: Add 250g magnesium chloride flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase dosage for more intensive treatment or after extensive periods of exercise.
Magnesium Gel
Apply a small pea sized amount and massage well into the skin to stimulate absorption.
Magnesium Oil Body Spray
Spray directly on to affected areas and massage well into the skin for instant relief from aching muscles.
Dosage
Magnesium Flakes: 1kg of Magnesium Flakes contains 120g of elemental magnesium chloride.
Magnesium Gel: 1ml of gel delivers a minimum of 100mg of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium, with a teaspoon providing 500mg.
Magnesium Oil Body Spray: 10 sprays delivers 200mg (57% NRV) of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium.
Storage
Once opened, use within 6 months.
