Our magnesium products are designed to elevate and maintain magnesium levels. They are specifically formulated for topical application, allowing quick absorption into the skin. When magnesium levels are low, the magnesium is absorbed through the skin more quickly than when levels are higher, which can cause sensitivity - we call this the 'magnesium tingle.' This is a good indicator that an individual needs to increase their cellular magnesium levels. As levels rise, the tingle will reduce and, in most cases, stop altogether.

Our 100% natural mineral sources alternate between the area of Northern Europe, the Dead Sea area and most recently deposits from The Irish Sea. The monitoring technology we continue to use guarantees the finest natural marine-sourced magnesium chloride available and we closely monitor our sources to ensure we use only the most superior form available in your product.

We recommend 375mg of magnesium daily for adults. With transdermal magnesium, there’s no need to worry about overdosing, as upper limits only apply when taken orally, where large doses can have a laxative effect due to its natural relaxing properties.

Toxicity from magnesium is uncommon, as the body eliminates excess amounts, unless there are issues with kidney function.

However, we always advise consulting your GP before starting any new supplements, especially if you're on medication or have any medical conditions.
