BetterYou Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

Open for customer orders as normal

We would like to advise our customers that we are still processing online orders, and we are working hard to ensure you can continue to access the health supplements you need.

However, due to high demand and changes to our operating procedures in response to current government guidelines and advice from our couriers, you may experience a delay in receiving your order. We are still dispatching orders placed before 12 midday on the same day but delivery may take longer during this period.

To ensure we can meet the needs of all our customers, we have taken the step to limit the number of products allowed to be ordered per customer, across some of our immunity products.

We also want to assure you that the safety of our customers, colleagues and suppliers remains paramount and we are closely monitoring government guidelines and will adapt our policies as required.

UK Deliveries

We are experiencing an extended delivery time on some Royal Mail deliveries. Please allow extra days for delivery when choosing this delivery method. Our Next Working Day Tracked via DPD remains the quickest way to receive your order at this time.

  • Standard delivery - Please allow 7 working days
  • Premium delivery - Please allow 1-3 working days

During this period, we ask you to wait 7 wokring days before getting in touch with us if your order has not arrived.

International Deliveries

There is a number of country-level restrictions put in place which may delay your order or prevent us from being able to ship to you.

Our Worldwide Priority Tracked and Signed method via DHL can still deliver to most countries. However, there are wider restrictions when choosing our standard Tracked and Signed Delivery method and it may not be available for all destinations. For more information on your delivery country, please check Royal Mail's International Incidents List.

During this period, we would like to ask all international customers to keep an eye on their tracking links and wait 14 working days before getting in touch if your order has not arrived.


A letter to our customers from our Founder and Chief Executive

Dear Customer,

When I started BetterYou in 2006, it was through a desire to develop pioneering and innovative nutritional supplements and to grow public understanding of the core nutrients that are increasingly under-represented yet demanded by our modern lifestyles. Fourteen years on, this has never been more important to the team at BetterYou; developing and ensuring availability of products to support a healthy immunity resilience remains our primary objective.

We find ourselves in unprecedented times and like you, we are keeping close to this fast-changing landscape and monitoring government guidelines to ensure we keep our team and their families safe. The majority of our team are now working from home, with the exception of a core team working from our Yorkshire office to ensure we can continue to service our customers.

I would like to assure you that we are taking every step to ensure our team and partners continue to operate at the highest standards of hygiene and continue to manufacture all our products under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Product availability

We are currently experiencing dramatically elevated demand for our immunity-focused product lines, which has meant that, on occasion, some of our products may be out of stock on our website. We are working hard to replenish stocks and would encourage you to check availability at any of our trusted retail partners: Holland & Barrett, Boots, Waitrose, Superdrug and through our network of independent health stores across the UK and Ireland.
