    A body with the right amount of magnesium will be suppler, resist fatigue for longer and better repair itself.

    How to use

    Magnesium Flakes

    • Footbath: Add 150g magnesium chloride flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover your feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.
    • Bath: Add 250g magnesium chloride flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase dosage for more intensive treatment or after extensive periods of exercise.

    Magnesium Oil Recovery

    Spray directly on to affected areas and massage well into the skin for instant relief from aching muscles.

    Magnesium Gel

    Apply a small pea sized amount onto the targeted area and massage well into the skin, avoiding broken skin and delicate areas such as the eyes.

    Dosage

    • Magnesium Flakes: 1kg of Magnesium Flakes contains 120g of elemental magnesium chloride.
    • Magnesium Oil Recovery: 10 sprays delivers 180mg (51% NRV) of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium.
    • Magnesium Gel: 1ml of gel delivers a minimum of 100mg of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium, with a teaspoon providing 500mg.

    Storage

    Magnesium Flakes are very hygroscopic and will quickly absorb moisture if left opened. Store in a dry place and quickly reseal opened bags.

    Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight.

    Keep out of reach and sight of children.

    Warnings

    Do not exceed recommended dosage – excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.

    Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.

    The Magnesium Tingle

    On initial application you may experience a slight tingling sensation. This may indicate low magnesium levels and is the result of the high speed absorption of magnesium through the pores. This will pass with regular use and as absorption commences immediately, skin can be towelled off after massaging in.
