Magnesium Oil Spray puts the spring back in samba dancer’s step

A part-time samba dancer preparing to sashay her way through the Notting Hill Carnival this month, says BetterYou’s MagnesiumOil Joint Spray is helping her beat the aches and pains and keep moving this summer.

Forty-three-year-old Tara North from Brighton has found the absorption of transdermal (through the skin) magnesium to be more effective than taking a pill.

Magnesium for joint pain

Tara said: “I first started using BetterYou’s MagnesiumOil Joint Spray because my hips and ankles were aching as a result of the Samba and other dancing I do.”

“A local nutritionist recommended BetterYou’s MagnesiumOil Joint Spray and I have not looked back since. Using the spray has meant I can continue my passion of dancing. It’s an amazing product which definitely works.”

“I recently paraded with Brighton School of Samba at Pride in Brighton. It was a very long and exhausting day with many people aching and cramping from dancing or playing an instrument. I used BetterYou’s MagnesiumOil Joint Spray on myself and others and in almost all cases there was a complete removal of the pain and we were able to carry on. A fellow member of my group said ‘you either have magic hands, or that magnesium has worked!’”

“I’ll be dancing in the Notting Hill Carnival, and will definitely be taking BetterYou’s MagnesiumOil Joint Spray with me!”

Dangers of magnesium deficiency

Magnesium acts as an aid to muscle tension, cramping and restful sleep. Without magnesium our bodies are less supple, and deficiency is linked with many health implications including migraines, anxiety, depression and extreme fatigue.

Supplementing magnesium transdermally is not only faster than traditional digestive means, it is also incredibly easy to do. A clinical trial by Cardiff University showed how well magnesium is absorbed through the skin, feeding every cell. Watkins & Josling showed the dramatic increase in magnesium levels that can be achieved with MagnesiumOil compared to oral supplements.

Applied directly to the skin; magnesium will be absorbed directly into the skin tissue, providing a much easier and more effective delivery mechanism for the individual, especially when they may have issues swallowing tablets.
