Please inform us of the issue in as much detail as possible, attaching a photo if necessary. Please provide the product batch number found on the base of the bottle or printed on the edge of the label. We promise to respond within 24 hours and we guarantee to find a solution to your satisfaction.

Most of our products are not only suitable, but recommended for during pregnancy and breastfeeding. However we would not recommend the use of herbal products or those containing essential oils during pregnancy. Each product we consider to be suitable for use during pregnancy will indicate this by a symbol and detail it on the "Directions" section. If in doubt it is always advisable to consult your medical adviser.
Most of our oral sprays contain xylitol which, although beneficial to humans, is toxic to most pets. Our pure MagnesiumOil products ( MagnesiumOil Original spray and MagnesiumFlakes) are suitable for use on the majority of pets and are exceptionally good for dogs and horses with joint or muscle issues. Please contact your vet before using our products.
Our products are safe for children but please check the "Directions" section of specific products as dosages vary.
Our magnesium products are primary formulated for transdermal (through the skin) absorption. However, as they use the purest known source of magnesium chloride, mined from 1 mile below ground in the Zechstein Sea, they are free from man-made pollutants making them suitable for digestive consumption. Oral supplementation is not advised on products containing added ingredients, such as essential oils.
Orders placed before midday (UK) will qualify for same day dispatch, otherwise we aim to dispatch orders within 1 business day. Typically, UK orders should arrive within 1 - 2 working days from dispatch and international within 5 working days. More detailed delivery information can be found on our Delivery and Returns page.
